Well, according to an article on marketwatch.com, J.M. Smucker, makers of Folgers, Dunkin' Donuts and Millstone brands of coffee, are planning on raising their prices by 9%. They just had a 4% increase in May!
They say that harsh weather after two disappointing harvests in Central America and Columbia has really affected coffee futures.
Of course, what they don't tell you is that the profits for the year were up 129% to $550.8 million.
So - save those coffee coupons and watch for sales!!
