I signed up for the Arby's Extras on their web site (https://arbysextras.fishbowl.com/forms/arbys/join.asp) a long time ago. 

Since signing up, I receive regular emails from them with different offers and they usually involve a free sandwich. 

Today, I got a coupon for a free Jr. Deluxe with the purchase of any drink, excluding coffee and value sized drinks.  There's always an expiration date (this one is 7/27/10).  One coupon per person, per order, per visit.
