One year ago today, 32 students became victims in a deadly massacre on the campus of Virginia Tech.
One of them was 22-year-old Ryan Clark of Martinez.
Members of a youth organization want to keep his memory alive.
Volunteers with Columbia County Community Connections will begin accepting applications this year for a scholarship in Ryan's name.
It's for Columbia and Richmond county students involved with community service, much like Ryan was.
