Wanted: Two Richmond County sex offenders

AUGUSTA Ga.-- Richmond County Investigators are looking for two sex offenders.
21 year old Richard Brown was convicted of statutory rape in Richmond County in 2006, and 28 year old Anthony Burns was convicted of statutory rape in 2003.
