It is a decision Samuels is now regretting after hiring a man she has learned has an extensive criminal record. 43 year-old Jeffery Lee Vaughner has served prison time for forgery and has an entensive criminal history including convictions for theft by deception and breach of trust.

UPDATE: Final rightsizing vote approved for Richmond County schools
