Updated: 11/21/2014 - It is the second day for South Carolina courts to issue marriage licenses for same sex couples. Aiken and Edgefield counties are the only ones that had anyone apply for a license today. Now that the ceremony is over they're ready for the same marriage benefits as everyone else.

Updated: 2:28 PM - Dye packs narrowed the search for the leak in finding that the leak's coming from Langley Pond, not the spillway. On Wednesday, Aiken County Council approved $150,000 to help pinpoint the leak.
